This is probably the best possible quarantine hotel situation in Cebu I just had to share. If you are going to quarantine in Cebu definitely choose Saint Marks Hotel and get the penthouse suite. At this time we have completed the quarantine and have just moved into our house for the next 1 year located in Argao, Cebu.
