Australia owner-occupied loan values rise 13.6% m/m vs -1.0% exp

Home loans jump again
There was similar jump in July as first-time home buyer lending rose to its highest since 2009. There have been big concerns about the Australian real estate market but it seems as if the low-rate tonic is working.
