Will Chinese stocks get delisted including Alibaba (BABA), Nio, and Xpeng (XPEV) autos? What about Kandi? Which just fell 30% after Hindenburg Research claimed that 30% of their car sales are fake. Holding Foreign Companies Accountable Act passed by the senate gives Chinese companies 3 years to comply. It’s being voted on by the House of Representatives on December 2nd at 6:30 p.m. All of this has to do with audits of Chinese companies and sales of companies listed on the US stock exchange. Will a Biden administration solve this issue and sooth relations with China to negotiate a plan to prevent Nio and Alibaba and Xpeng from getting delisted? Here are the details and my rules for investing.
