The intrinsic value of a stock is its true value. It removes all the hype and market specualation and states what the company would be sold for if it had to close down.
Intrinsic value of a stock refers to what a stock (or any asset, for that matter) is actually worth –Warren Buffett famously said “Price is what you pay, value is what you get”
