Short selling can be a great tool for helping you day trade, swing trade, or invest. It can help you take advantage of pullbacks and bearish trading action to improve your returns and provide you with more options when investing.
Short selling does have higher risk than buying a long position however, so you need to be very careful when experimenting with short selling and make sure that you manage your risk appropriately.
